CRYSTAL JOY FASSITT
Meet Crystal Fassitt, our owner and operator, a seasoned
carpenter and nuclear professional with a wealth of
experience spanning over a decade. Her expertise
encompasses various areas and arenas, but she truly
shines in the realm of scaffolding and scaffold safety.
Throughout her career, Crystal has been driven by a
deep commitment to ensuring the secure and efficient
construction of scaffolding in nuclear facilities, where
precision and safety are paramount.

Crystal's journey into the world of scaffolding began
with her participation in the Carpenter's Union
pre-apprenticeship and apprenticeship training
programs. Graduating from the New Orleans ECPAP program in 2013, she has since augmented her carpentry know-how with years of managerial experience and a solid educational background in Psychology, propelling her career to new heights.

With a focus on nuclear safety, Crystal has led teams with unwavering dedication, implementing rigorous safety protocols, and upholding regulatory standards. She boasts a proven track record in conducting thorough risk assessments, devising emergency response plans, and orchestrating drills and exercises to bolster preparedness.

But Crystal's expertise goes beyond technical prowess; she genuinely cares for the well-being and growth of her colleagues. As an active mentor to minority women junior nuclear professionals, she advocates for a supportive and inclusive work environment, fostering a human connection that enhances the professional development of those around her.
JOSIAH FASSITT
INSTALLER/TRAINER
Meet Josiah Fassitt, a dedicated and determined individual who's been making his mark in the construction industry for over a year now. With experience at refineries and nuclear power plants, he embarked on his journey as a nuke out the door, joining the union with a fierce ambition to succeed.

Josiah's work ethic is unparalleled, and his dedication to his craft is evident in every project he takes on. Whether he's working alongside seasoned professionals or new recruits, Josiah effortlessly meshes with any crew he joins, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Beyond his technical skills, what truly sets Josiah apart is his genuine connection with people. He values teamwork and collaboration, recognizing that strong relationships are the foundation of successful projects. He goes by the name of Maui because of his stature and build. Josiah's humble demeanor and willingness to learn from others make him not only a valuable asset on the job but also a pleasure to work with.

Meet Jer'Quavius McGee, a dedicated and versatile professional with a wealth of experience in both nuclear and refinery scaffolding. Over the course of 9 years, Jer'Quavius has honed his skills, mastering the intricacies of these demanding industries. His passion for scaffolding shines through in every project he undertakes, and his commitment to safety and efficiency is unwavering.

MARCUS MOORE
CONSULTANT
Meet Marcus Moore, a highly experienced professional with 27 years in scaffolding, including 16 years in the nuclear industry. He has a deep understanding of scaffolding systems, safety protocols, and project management. Starting as an apprentice, Marcus rapidly advanced to become a certified scaffolder, assuming leadership roles in major construction projects. He excels in designing, erecting, and dismantling scaffolding structures for diverse applications while ensuring compliance with regulations and safety standards. Marcus has successfully managed high-profile projects, collaborating closely with construction
teams, architects, and engineers. He prioritizes safety, conducts risk assessments, and promotes a culture of safety. Marcus is a skilled leader with exceptional communication abilities, adept at coordinating teams and fostering growth within the industry. With almost three decades of experience, he is a sought-after professional known for his commitment to excellence and outstanding results.
