Training Courses Refund Policy:
2.1 Cancellation before the course commencement: Should you decide to cancel your training course registration prior to the course start date, a full refund will be granted. We request that you notify us of the cancellation at least 7 days before the scheduled training.
2.2 Cancellation during the course: If, for any reason, you need to withdraw from the training course after it has begun, a partial refund may be applicable based on the percentage of completed course sessions. However, no refund will be provided for sessions already attended.
2.3 Rescheduling options: If you are unable to attend the training course as scheduled, we offer one-time rescheduling options, subject to availability, without any additional charges.
2.4 Course completion guarantee: If you participate in the full training course but are not satisfied with the content or delivery, please reach out to us with your concerns. We will evaluate your feedback and, if necessary, offer appropriate resolutions or refunds.
Please note:
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
For scaffold rental refunds, the condition of the returned scaffold material will be assessed before processing the refund.
In the case of training course refunds, any course materials provided during the training must be returned in good condition.
